    The fresh cheese croquettes need to be fried for 4 minutes at 180°C.

    To be served with a salad or fried parsley and lemon.

    (Tip: If you want to fry a lot of croquettes, you better start in advance. Once they are fried, you can put them in the oven. This way when you are serving your main course, you already have a nice quantity of fried croquettes.)
