    The turducken (three bird roast) is a boneless turkey, stuffed with a boneless duck which is once more stuffed with a boneless farm chicken. All this is stuffed with a truffle stuffing (100 % poultry minced meat). This method was used in the Romain cuisine, to keep the meat more juicy and perfumed. We suggest you to inject your turkey with an infusion of truffle oil which can be bought in 'side dishes' and can be done by the use of a injection needle which comes with the infusion.


    How to heat?

    Cook for 40 min at 220°C, then lower to 180°C. Follow the card's time and baste every 30 min.
